NC State’s Annual Day of Giving

NC State’s Day of Giving is OLLI’s biggest fundraiser of the year.

Day of Giving is 24 hours of fun and competition that occurs annually in March to benefit the entire Wolfpack community, including OLLI at NC State. When our members and friends give to OLLI on March 20, we earn university bonus funds as we compete in the day’s challenges and tally up our number of gifts.

NC State is such a big university — how can we be competitive?

OLLI succeeds because of the active participation of our members. Our competitive advantage on the Day of Giving is the large number of our members and friends who love OLLI. We encourage couples to give individually on the Day of Giving, and we hope all our members will consider giving. Many small gifts add up to bigger success, as a strong finish in the number of gifts made to the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute Annual Giving fund will earn us additional funding. Imagine how well we would do if each of our 1,300+ members gave at the minimum level of $10!
